The pickled red onions were especially yummy, with sort of a soft texture but not too strong of a vinegar taste that it overpowered the other flavors . The hollandaise sauce is creamy and thin. The Side Gorgonzola Fries are waffle fries with a thin, creamy gorgonzola sauce. Sometimes I don't like gorgonzola if it's too pungent, but this sauce is good! Like fancy nacho cheese. :) The polenta is crispy. I dipped it in the leftover sauces. "

The vanilla ice cream that came with it was really tasty. The Side Deluxe was a great portion of sour cream and guacamole, definitely get your money's worth. Same with the Mr. Pibb. We asked for honey mustard with our salads but got ranch instead, which isn't a huge deal. The food was great! The cole slaw was creamy and had good flavor, along with the mac salad being good as well. My husband loves brisket and that was his favorite. It was shaved which isn't his favorite texture but he enjoyed the flavor so didn't mind the texture being different too much. I love ribs and really enjoyed them. All in all we will definitely be ordering from Sweet Tea again. Great job, you guys!"
