"ordered the family pulled pork meal. the pulled pork was really good. ordered two sides to go with it, the beans with brisket, which was great, and the Mac and cheese. the Mac and cheese container was about only halfway full. All the cornbread it came with were burnt, very burnt. we also ordered half pound brisket and it was very dry. when this comes to almost $70 before tip, you'd expect the brisket to be good, the sides to be full, and the cornbread not burnt."

"Overall we like Firehouse subs, but the Thanksgiving sub has been a disappintment twice now. First, both times we ordered the "no gravy" option is checked and it won't allow you to uncheck it. Without it the sib is decent but pretty dry and boring. The stuffing has been so salty it shrivels your tongue both times. And for the price of the subs, which is kinda high honestly, they should actually put some cranberry on it. Both times there has been the thinnest little smear down the center of the bread... literally like an inch wide if that. You don't get any except for the center bote and even then it's a struggle to taste it. For $20 put some cranberry on there... especially if you have no gravy! Or at least give an option to check "extra cranberry". I still ate them both tomes but won't order again."
