"The food is great, the packaging not so much. 2 rolls were put in a large plastic carrier with the ginger and Wasabi. By the time it got to me everything was smooshed together on one side. The 911 Special Roll fell apart in places. The bigger issue for me was the Wasabi and ginger all over. I don't like either. There were also 2 shrimp tail parts left on the 911 Special Roll. I know it's not harmful to eat that part, but I'd rather they weren't there. I still give this place 4 stars because the food tastes great and very fresh! The avocado was the perfect ripeness. The rice was cooked well, not glue-like or mushy. I'll order again, but I would love if they'd separate the Wasabi and ginger."

The chicken katsu was old, dry and flat. Some pieces we were not able to chew. The short ribs were good but not worth $30.00 for the quality and quantity. Teriyaki chicken was moist and tasty. Lumpia were a nice savory treat. Salad was about as good as lettuce comes. Rice was nice, sticky and plentiful. It pairs well with all the extra sauces we paid for. Not sure we will make such a hefty and expensive order online again with this store. If you're paying a lot of $, might be best to go inside and ensure quality."
