With that said, the Giddy Up Melt was pretty good. Looked pretty close to the picture. Meat wasn't overcooked or tough. Something I would expect from an actual sandwich shop. Good texture and good taste. I would say 7 or 8 out of 10.
The Hot Mess Melt was kind of soggy. Did not look like the picture at all. Instead of chunks of roasted beef it was like beef shredded in a blender. Texture was mushy but the taste was ok. The type of sandwhich you would expect out of a greasey diner. I would give this a 5 out of 10.
Overall, I would eat here again but not very often as I don't feel it's a $10-$14 sandwhich. More like $6-$8. If the price came down or the quality went up, I would be more inclined. I'm giving this a 3 star rating mainly cause of the price vs the quality. But if it were priced more accurately, I would give it 4 stars."
