"I genuinely cannot remember the last time I was this disappointed by a meal. I ordered tandoori chicken and chicken biryani, and both were shockingly bad. The tandoori chicken was dry to the point of being difficult to chew, completely lacking in flavor, and had none of the smoky depth you expect. I wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable. I simply explained how poor the food was. The manager’s solution? “We’ll make it again — you can come pick it up.” I was already sitting with my family. The whole point of ordering was convenience. Driving back to collect a replacement defeats the purpose entirely. When I explained that I couldn’t leave and asked what I was supposed to do now, the response was basically, “Yeah, sure, sure… I can’t really do anything.” Completely dismissive. No ownership. "The lasagna only had 3 sheets of pasta and was just slop covered in melted cheese. It didn't even fill 1/2 the container it came in. The risotto was basically rice in creamy sauce but at least it was full to the brim. The pizza was sloppy as well and fell apart when I picked up a slice.
