Panda Express came through with flying colors. HOWEVER, again the Dasher, Kaylee, chose to stay in her car, and a gentleman who said he was her father, delivered my order. As I mentioned before, on a number of occasions, the "dasher" is only driving the vehicle and a "stranger" is delivering the order.
