"House sandwich with chicken a bit bland on its own for our palate but the sauce accompaniment elevates it wonderfully. This with ginger chai was an excellent combo. Lunch bowl is an excellent medley of a balance of flavor, texture and authenticity. It is beautifully crafted. The kichadi is delicious. The salad and yogurt adds wonderfully silky and crisp texture at the same time. The crispy fried onions slight sweet end note is a great balance to the flavors. Loved this and would order again. This will be our go to. Chili cheese toast and tomato soup is decent. My palate likes a balance of flavors so I added a bit of ghee that I infused with a small amount of brown sugar to the soup. It really elevated it with the cheese toast/tangy spicy flavor of the soup to have that slight buttery sweet note at that end. Next time we might add brown butter sautéed sweet onions as a garnish for a slight sweet endnote. We like this! The Utapam is tasty, well prepared and authentic. We enjoyed it. The breakfast Kathi-Rito is great. we’d love to see a version of this with a paratha. I get that this is a fusion dish but the avocado maintains that fusion. Both masala and ginger chai are excellent. We would get a box of either chai any day! Worth every penny! Overall lovely to try all of these with my family. We were excited to experience all of these! Thank you for carefully preparing quite a large order for us and sending everything packed so perfectly. We appreciated that as well on a busy week day!"

I often order the Chicken Saag, and it's usually very good, although it can sometimes be over salted and overall I would prefer a little more fresh ginger be added. But generally it's very well balanced. The Malai Kofta, a dish that's normally a favorite of mine when done well, has unfortunately been a disappointment at this place. My last order of it was shockingly bland, both in the sauce and in the kofta, which were also dry. I was very sad about this :'( On a more positive note, some standout dishes I've ordered in the past from them have been the chettinad chicken and the bhindi aamchur - those were excellent. My overall impression is that while this place excels at certain dishes, I would stay away from the creamy/ nutty more Mughal style dishes here- those are not their strength."
