"WOW, first time ordering and found out that these potatoes are huge, they take up the whole container. Couldn't get photos before eating, app wasn't working. The “honey lemon pepper” tasted like someone just mixed straight honey with lemon pepper seasoning and called it a day. No balance, no effort, nothing. The “hot honey” on the fries was just as bad it tasted like plain hot sauce with honey thrown on top. No flavor, no quality, just lazy. It really feels like no care or effort goes into the food here. For the price and expectations, this was beyond disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Experiences like this are exactly why people choose other spots instead."
