The rice was cooked to texture perfection & the butter chicken was savory and flavorful. The curry chicken was the perfect level of spice and such generous portions. The vegetable Samoas were still crisp and stuffed with a great seasoned mix of veggies. As you can tell by the photo the butter chicken was almost gone as soon as we opened it. Also wanna give shout out to the kitchen for packaging the samaos in parchment paper and then foil to keep them from over steaming and making the dough soggy. The Baingan Bharta and Chole Masala were both excellent. I think that the menu in DoorDash should specify the spice level that you want but the standard was a very nice three of 10. Iāve been getting the Lo Mein Noodles which are made with gluten instead of egg. Iām cutting back on sugar these days, otherwise Iād order the vegan cauliflower wings which had been my favorite in the pastāthose are SO AMAZING! I crave them so badly but the sauce is sweet (which is part of why theyāre so good). The eggplant (curry?) dish was also excellent in the past so I may have to try that again next time.
