First of all, the edamame appetizer was hot and not soggy or wet. Nice and salty. I got a side of fried rice - delicious, and makes me want to try a kitchen entree. My husband got the Tennessee and Dragon Rolls, and I got California and Shrimp Tempura. The rolls are huge. Fish tastes fresh add clean.
