"The scampi in white wine/butter sauce was really good. We also had the sausage and peppers and onions-very good too. The ingredients tasted fresh for both dishes. The pizza was good but not the best pizza we've had. I would stick to the main Italian dishes next time. One suggestion is to offer dessert with dinner for deliveries. When it said it came with spaghetti, I assumed it meant it would be served over spaghetti noodles. instead I was given a giant pan of about 5 or six shrimp swimming in lemon butter sauce and a side of spaghetti with red sauce. The shrimp and sauce were good, but I was disappointed that most of the butter sauce was wasted instead of served over pasta. I would have even preferred plain spaghetti on the side so that I could mix it together. I'm pretty sure if you dine in the restaurant the dishes are served over pasta, but I guess it needs to be specified if ordering through DoorDash or to go. Still, I found it odd that they would serve it that way or not include the option to specify in the app. Food was ready on time and everything tasted fine. I do also wish they had more of their pasta dishes available on their DoorDash menu instead of just pizza and meat dishes."

"House Craft Salad is delicious, excellent balsamic, Castelvetrano olives, and the Gorgonzola cheese. Everything is in perfect ratio. Detroit style pizza is something Buddy's would be proud of, at least I suspect. Had a friend in town from Detroit and they were surprised. New York style is great. The phony Negroni is delicious. Cannoli was great, gelato too. Haven't been able to try the spumoni yet because it's constantly sold out. Best pizza in San Diego."
