It tasted more like it was seasoned with Southern spices than saffron, and the rice was mushy and overly spicy for a traditional paella. I wouldn’t order it again, unfortunately. The albóndigas were clearly frozen meatballs—uniform in size, texture, and flavor—similar to what you’d find from Sysco or Costco. They weren’t worth the cost. You can get better-quality frozen options from Trader Joe’s for a fraction of the price and without the disappointment. Sadly, they ended up in the trash."

For $4.62 I wasn't sure if that was referring to 1 or 2, depending on the Salvadorian restaurant I've seen some for cheaper so it could've gone either way. Unfortunately it was only 1, which is fine but I felt like the quality and size of a single one should've been a bit higher or bigger. I've had pupusas elsewhere that come in a big styrofoam box, but instead these were put in a dessert styrofoam sized box. I would've hoped that the condiments would've been the saving grace, but that too felt like a disappointment. If I could pay a bit more for a pupusa that's of higher quality or size, I would pay, but as is, there's too much to be left desired for me to order again anytime soon from here."

"I normally absolutely love burrito city and have rated it outstanding and written positive reviews . but... whoa!! their chorizo burrito was terrible. mostly Eggs and very minimal chorizo. I requested red hot sauce and received only green. I'll continue to order there carne breakfast burritos which are FANTASTIC and their beef taco plate which is also really good. but... that chorizo burrito needs to be rethought out and redesigned before it's anywhere close to being in the decent Realm."

"During the pandemic I used to order breakfast from here all the time. The breakfast was spectacular. The omelet was big and fluffy and filled with whatever you chose with lots of cheese. They gave you so much food I couldn't eat it all and saved half for the next day. Things have changed. It was underwhelming. The omelet was half the size, not fluffy and only a little cheese and I was able to eat the whole breakfast. One thing that hasn't changed is that they always forgot to include the toast. Same today. I'll pass on the fruit next time as it is just cantaloupe chunks with one strawberry. "

"I wanted to try something new and kept seeing this place and finally decided to try it out. I ordered the truffle yucca Truffle Yuca Frita, which were divine. The potato flavor is so fresh and the truffle is not at all overwhelming. I also ordered the Papa Relleno De Queso, and omg it's amazing! Wish I ordered two. For the main dish, I ordered the Picadillo, which listed as a vegetarian dish on the doordash description, but arrived with ground meat in the mixture (unsure if it was beef or pork, neither of which I can eat so sadly I had to toss it). I'd still go back and try other options, though it doesn't seem like there are many vegetarian or seafood options."

"I really liked what I ordered, Carne Asada Fries, Churros, 5 Rolled Tacos. The taste of the meat on both the tacos and fries was really good. The consistency of the tacos was perfect, they didn't get soft, which sometimes happens with crispy tacos. I loved the green salsa that comes on the side too. I only have a suggestion on the carne asada fries: I would add pico, jalapenos, or cilantro and onions, I feel like they're missing something else to make them better, but they're good just as they're served. Also, the name of the dessert is "Churros" but in reality there's only one single churro, so changing the name to "Churro" would be good. Thank you, if I'm back in San Diego in that area I'd order from you again."

I ordered caldo de res, it was soggy watery and barely above half a container , it states on the page it comes with cilantro and onion on the side. I didn't get any.
