They offered to replace that ingredient with shredded cheese which normally would be fine. However, they made no attempt to actually melt the cheese. So in the end, the nachos were basically just house salad with jalapenos and a little bit of taco meat, and just not good at all. Smothered Tots were actually pretty good.
