"I try not to be too critical of Cajun food having grown up around there. This was ok I'm giving three stars cause the boneless strips were like chewing leather they were so dry and they sent the wrong sides. I wanted to try the jambalaya and red beans and rice instead I got the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese, super generic no special flavor. Their signature sauce is definitely trying to mimic raising Cane's the shrimp was good and the bone in mixed was good and juicy but yeah super unimpressed with everything else"
