"They did this right. I wish I could post pictures of they way the taco was packed, the big bag of chips, the salsa, but mostly the pozole. The sides were ample and nicely arranged but the soup itself was great. The broth was nicely seasoned, the pork was tender and ample, and the hominy was abundant. It's an "expensive" plate yet the least quality of food products and overall bland. Also, not allowing to modify a dish that is modifiable in the restaurant sucks! I'm a veggie person, but I do not love onions. In fact, I despise them. Most of the plate is onions. I added pre and post onion removal photos to show just how much.
