Sauces were smaller, and my yogurt sauce was small (paid same price as previous), and just liquid. No flavor. No option on DD for "I got tiny sizes and paid same as last week on DD", so no help there. Also, paid extra for rice as their dishes don't just come with it.

"Everything was so delicious as usual. Today we had butter chicken, palak paneer and the vegetable fried noodles. Of course we had plain basmati rice and plain naan. No ginger on the noodles. Rice was so perfectly cooked, hot & fresh. Butter chicken was so tender and cooked to perfection. Palak paneer was spiced perfectly and so much cheese! Finally. That was always my biggest frustration. All of it was good and so fresh. I just wish they would add the chutneys to DD as an option. Called the restaurant and wanted the green mint chutney and the tamarind and they said ok they would add to the order but only gotrhe green one. Too spicy for me but my daughter loved it. Overall, we love this place. "

"I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan from BASANTI and it was honestly amazing. The butter chicken was cooked perfectly — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I’ve had butter chicken from so many other places where the chicken comes out dry and overcooked, but this was a total step above. The garlic naan was soft, fluffy, and nicely garlicky too.
What really impressed me was the great value and how well everything was packaged. It arrived hot and fresh, which made a big difference. This is easily some of the best Indian takeout I’ve had in a while. Already looking forward to ordering again!"

"The food was bland, $22 for an order of curry?!? - didn't make sense but I took a chance, and i def regretted it. The Daal Makhani was watery instead of nice and rich and dark, no flavor. The Tofu Masala was sweet rather a rich savory curry, and the Vegetable Samosa were $6 for 2 small pieces! I'm giving two stars because someone did like the Vegetable Biryani, and by like I mean they didn't hate it. Also, they got my order wrong and missed some of my items. "
