Crispy and salty guanciale, rich and flavorful carbonara sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta. I also loved the Zuppa del Giorno which today was a potato and leek soup with pancetta...so creamy, flavorful, and comforting. I was hesitant on the soup price at first but it is a decent sized portion and you can tell it is a fresh, homemade, well crafted soup. The Bucatini Amatriciana was okay but I wouldn't order again solely based on my own preference. The tomato sauce is on the sweeter side, almost like a tomato soup-ish flavor but some may love it. Overall I think you are paying for quality ingredients and well balanced/delicious food and I can't wait to try more from here."

Ladyfingers are very barely touched by the sweetened coffee, not swimming in it. I don't think there's alcohol, but if that's something you need to confirm I'd contact the cafe! I think there's more whipped fresh cream than mascarpone, but it might still be there -- I'm not exactly complaining. A very nice take on the dessert. Haven't gotten to try the lemon ricotta luna cake yet, but anticipating deliciousness there too. I've been wanting to try Cafe Rosetta for some time and will definitely be ordering again.
