Both Super Philly Steak with Fries were lacking in meat and didn't have the extra cheese I paid for (normally Babas cheesesteaks are overstuffed) and the Italian Beef with Sausage & Fries didn't even have the Sausage it was supposed to come with. Given that each sub was almost $20 (definitely much higher than other Babas locations), it was very disappointing. Sadly my fam has said they won't be using this location again. Maybe its Indiana, as the other locations are in illinois and they never disappoint. Hopefully they improve."
"My gyro may as well been a taco. Gyros are supposed to have tszeki cucumber sauce not sour cream it made gyros very undesirable. Also I would have liked fresh fries, although they look nice they are hard as rocks, also I'm used to having loaded gyros, this place put a tiny amount of gyros meat in sandwhich, not worth it, if your getting Gyros go somewhere else. "Used to dine here with my family often. Prices have gone way up (for delivery and dine in/take out) but quality and quantity have gone way down. Theyve become so insanely greedy its ridiculous. Your plate use to be filled to where you couldn't see the bottom and you would be full after eating and still have leftovers. Now, I find myself still hungry after clearing my plate. Theyre even stingy with the "complimentary" chips and salsa. You get 1 bowl of salsa and if you want more they charge you!!! (They dont ever tell you what theyre gonna charge tou for though and they ask you if you want things in a way that sounds complimentary or that it comes with what you're already buying but really isnt) The employees are also rude and they take forever."
