I had assumed that I was ordering the Original Glazed® Dozen from a franchise that was making them fresh throughout the day but instead I received a box of a dozen donuts with the sticker that says "made fresh daily" that you can buy at a Ralphs. I'm only bent out of shape because I paid the same amount on here for the not so fresh dozen that I paid (without a membership) on postmates for a warm freshly made batch. The “biryani” did not look like biryani at all—it looked like plain pulaw rice with a few small pieces of chicken from curry. If biryani was unavailable, the restaurant should have called me before sending a substitute, but they did not. This is not good customer service. The chicken also tasted very old, like it had been cooked and stored for a long time. I ended up throwing the entire meal away.
