"1 star only because my sons sandwich was "so good" he said but my The House Zalad® - Grilled was AWFUL! First of all, there was barely any salad mix, less than half of what it normally given. The salad mix had very wilted, there were barely any tomatoes, but they looked like they had gone bad. I tried to ignore all this and continue to eat it. First bite, DISGUSTING! Second bite, TERRIBLE. I though maybe it was the chicken because I'm not a big fan of their grilled chicken and usually get the fried chicken salad (on a diet so I ordered the grilled). I tried it without chicken and only salad. Still AWFUL!! Three bites and I was done. I threw away $13 because I couldn't eat it. It was the worst meal I have ever had from there. Also did not receive any Zax sauce and ordered extra. "

"I watched the map and I live 2 minutes from Zaxby's and my Dasher came straight to my house after they picked up our large french fries and come to find out both orders of french fries were definitely not larges and they were cold and stale. on the plus side, the tea was good and didn't taste old and they gave me the right amount of sauce."

"Food was good. No complaints. Love the homemade chips, churros were a nice size portion, yum. Def can tell they were in same fryer oil, but tasted good just like from the Fair! 2 burritos, excellent value! Pastor & carne asada both good flavor, lots of cheese. Avocado salsa was fresh & spicy, elote cup was good but somewhat boring. Chicken tamales were big and flavor was mild. Unfortunately no pork tamales which is our preference. We'll get them next time! Overall I am very happy to have this in our rotation! **Rum cake is adorable and def tastes like rum!"
