"The chicken with the ramen was not "crispy" but it was somehow simultaneously overdone and chewy. The Ramen was like someone had seen a picture of Ramen, but didn't know anything else about it and tried to ape the dish: the eggs were pulverized, not jammy (and not soaked in soy & mirin) - definitely not ajitsuke tamago more like an egg that you would chop up in a chef's salad. The broth - arguably the main part of ramen - didn't taste of the umami of pork. Not sure how to describe the flavor but "light and not rich" will do. The Satay was inappropriately flavored with curry and also the consistency of jerky. The crab cheese wonton was not a delicate wrapper, but more like the consistency of a fortune cookie.
