I was a few minutes behind picking up my order and it was handed to me still hot in a nice to go bag and my order was wrapped in a brown bag. The quality and taste was excellent and came in a very sturdy reusable to-go container. The order did not come with any bread. The order did not come with any cutlery or a napkin. The Food is gets 5 stars...while to go preparation gets a 4 star rating. Would definitely be a five star rating if they dropped some plastic cutlery & napkin in the bag and wrapped up a slice or two of bread.

As a Buffalonian I still just take pride in a quality wing with some actual meat on it.
