"I had the pleasure of ordering from Kaze Sushi last night and it was hands down the best sushi I have ever had. They were gracious enough to actually take my order with only "2 minutes left to order"! The presentation was absolutely beautiful. But the real star of the show was certainly the sashimi and the sushi. Each piece was expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. The fish was incredibly fresh and the rice was perfectly seasoned. I also appreciated the creative and unique rolls on the menu. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, even for delivery. If you're a sushi lover, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't be disappointed! I ordered one of my favorite dishes, B8. Chirashi and two incredible sushi rolls. My fiancé has always been the "only eats California rolls," if he's going to eat anything sushi-like at all... and he was enjoying the raw sashimi from the B8. Chirashi as much as I was. The gyoza was also chewy. Tast was there and the inside was good (as always) but the skin was dry and chewy. Nicely browned but really chewy more like overdone air fried.
