Despite receiving a notification that my order was ready, I ended up waiting outside in the cold for over 10 minutes. When I mentioned this to the staff member—who I believe was the junior Sommelier on duty—there was little acknowledgment or concern. With all due respect to upper management, I’d like to point out a recurring issue. As a loyal customer who lives just five minutes away and dines in regularly, I’ve consistently had pleasant in-house dining experiences. However, this is the second time I’ve encountered noticeably dismissive service when opting for online pickup. If there is a disparity in the level of service provided to dine-in versus online customers, it may reflect poorly on the overall customer experience and could impact long-term customer loyalty."
