The pizza is Neopolitian style, with high quality ingredients, baked in those really cool fire ovens. We got a Philly Cheese as well as a gluten free Smoked Salmon pizzas. The partner LOVE the Philly Steak, was happy with his decision of extra cheese. The gluten free crust is the best gf crust I've had; I ordered the pizza uncut as to prevent as much cross contamination as possible (it is a shared oven, with pizza baked on a pan). I don't remember chewy and crusty pizza like this, my partner couldn't believe it was gf. Def this place is a try for delivery- their location has a little sit down area and we are going this weekend!! "
