Received both burgers with no cheese (only one was ordered with no cheese - delivery docket confirms this) and food was stone cold on arrival. Given that the app showed the driver waiting for the food, followed by a very short drive to deliver, it must have been sitting around somewhere for a while before being handed to the driver (took 50 mins + just to be ready for driver to collect, which is ridiculous). Thankfully we have an air fryer to reheat the food.

"I got two souvlaki meals (souvlaki, chips and a drink). I believe the food was freshly made, however, I really didn't enjoy it. The meat was gristley, the flavour was ok but not great. The chips -for a delivery- were in paper bowls with no lids. So, hardly any chips were in the bowls when delivered, and the bottles of drink were sat on any chips that remained in the bowls, so they were the same temperature as the refrigerated drinks.
Really quite disappointing. I think they might be better if you went and collected them from the shop yourself, but that wasn't an option for me. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering again. I should have listened to previous reviewers."
