Typed NO ONIONS - ALLERGIC TO ONIONS in the Special Request section for the burger, yet the burger had grilled onions inside the burger. Due to contamination by contact had to toss the burger. Also ordered a side salad with 1,000 Island Dressing (as french fries are like fossils; dry, hard and impossible to revive). Salad arrived so DRENCHED with dressing it was limp, soggy and inedible. We would never put that much dressing on a salad. It is unhealthy and fattening. That much saturated fat is bad for the gall bladder. Tried to rinse off dressing but lettuce was ruined. Had to toss salad, too. Photos show limp salad smothered in dressing and grilled onions on hamburger. Kind of a rip off. I have seen several other reviews where customers received wimpy salads drenched in 1,000 Island dressing. Executive Chef must not care about bad reviews. Too bad. Also food portions and preparation are very inconsistent. We also ordered 2 spaghetti dinners, for off Kid's menu ($12.50), and one off main menu ($28.50). Website photo of Main Menu spaghetti entree shows 3 meatballs on entree. Sometimes we get 2 meatballs and sometimes we get 3. (We order this often.) Additionally, when we order the Main Menu spaghetti entree sometimes it arrives in a large box with an ample amount of spaghetti and sometimes it arrives in the smaller box, the one used for the Kids Menu spaghetti order. Not right, not fair, not worth $28.50. We know when we order from this restaurant something will be wrong, but tonight nothing was right. ; ("

"I really value food and sauces made in-house from scratch—they’re far superior to the mass-produced options found in most places. The chicken strips were some of the best I’ve ever had, even though I had to reheat them when they arrived. All the sauces tasted incredibly fresh, except for the ranch, which was only filled halfway and arrived at room temperature—it didn’t seem right. The falafels were slightly overdone, giving them a bit of a burnt taste, but they were still enjoyable. The coleslaw was outstanding—so fresh and healthy, easily the best I’ve ever had. Overall, the food felt more pure and thoughtfully prepared than 95% of what’s out there. I’m looking forward to trying more from the menu. One suggestion for the restaurant: consider better packaging to help retain heat during delivery. Also, the seasoning was on the lighter side. I lost some of my sense of taste from COVID years ago (currently at about 80% of what it was), so I tend to add extra salt and spice. If you prefer heavily seasoned food, you may want to do the same."
