I ordered the two-meat plate and went with the ribs and sausage. The ribs were super tender, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. The sausage was just as impressive—juicy, savory, and easily one of the better sausages I’ve had. The mac and cheese was standout as well: true Southern-style with a creamy center and a perfectly crispy cheese crust on top. I was on a budget, so I opted for the free sides and chose the Cajun fries, which were surprisingly good and nicely seasoned.
