I especially must offer my compliments on the SEAFOOD& Tofu CLAY POT for a lighter, savory sauce as well as the BEEF & EGGPLANT Entree which includes quite a large quantity of the most Tender & succulent slices of beef [tenderloin?] & soft triangles of delicate tofu, with hits of fresh scallions & sweet, pungent chilies- all stir fried expertly & glazed in a wonderful sweetish sauce.
