I got beef brisket but they use a very lean cut, and it has 0 marbling so if you're picky with the chew, just don't order it. Americans will like it cuz the spiciness is american's spicy and most don't care about the cookness in noodles. The packaging could have been better because the soup oil was spilling out of the container and all the utensils were covered in oil."
