The chicken pieces were plenty, soft, juicy and spicy... After our earlier experience with biryani in Montreal (from another restaurant).. which was so dry and the gravy supplied with the biryani was so little that we had to throw a large portion of the biryani ...we ordered extra 'Salan' from Bawarchi, but this Special Biryani was so juicy and tender, we could have done without even the 'salan' ! Caveat....the "Medium Spicy" level which we ordered, in my opinion, would be too much for the US / Canadian Desis unless they are still able to handle the spice levels of India !"
