Cucumber's, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, some shredded red cabbage, and green/iceberg lettuce leaves. The two sides that I requested in the meal, (you get a choice of several here), were the onion rings and Parmesan toast (which is two tasty toasted pieces).
