Has this restaurant never heard of separating sides and main entrees into different boxes??The New York Steak was on top of the side house salad making the salad warm. The steak was very small for 10 oz, full of fat all around that was inedible. It was very dry, tough, lacked flavor and you could tell it had been in the freezer for a long time. This order definitely did not look like any of the takeout Yelp orders as seen on that site. Chile Verde side was about the only decent thing. Overpriced considering what was actually edible in this order. I've never used DoorDash for this restaurant and more than likely never will again. Restaurant doesn't allow instructions and they missed the ranch and blue cheese dressing that I had requested."

"I was actually pretty damn surprised that followed instructions about cooking time, and the softness and freshness of everything! I didn't give 5 stars because I reserve those for restaurants in different categories. If fact the only reason they get 4 stars is because chains are infamous for, and usually produce "conveyer belt items." We all know what they taste like, (cough cough.) For example, most McDonald's average a 1.5. The good ones a 2. The twos consistently provide fresh hot fries and BigMacs that have been recently made. Were this pizza a local shop- I would've given them 3 stars which is perfect- good food, fresh, made to order. But the fact that LC rivaled the locals tonight- that's what gave them the bonus star. "the pizza was really good. I asked for jalapeños and they were not on there and the bacon was..well...not plentiful, let's say. Not even a piece on each slice. The Famous Breadtwists was basically dough but as you can see from the pic, I put it in the oven. For the price I won't be getting those again. it's literally bread so charging $2.85 each seems a little ridiculous. But overall the pizza had good flavor. "We keep ordering. I keep hoping. Today, we got two forks and two napkins for three entrees and an appetizer. We got two tiny pieces of bread for 4 people, which is an improvement! They usually send none, even when I call and request it. Even when I pay for an item like a drink and send a note or call to say that I don't want the drink, I want to pay for bread. The pasta salad that has been on their menu for as long as I can remember is now ordered "by the item" so all of the vegetables that are listed in the description of the item are charged separately. If you get everything you are supposed to get, it takes a $12 item to over $20. I've shared this with the restaurant multiple times. Food is good, as we expect. The lack of concern over smaller details has been a problem for a while."
