A fresh creamy sauce, that has that rich cheddar taste. a lot like what you would get with shells and a box of Velveeta shells and cheddar, but slightly elevated with maybe a fresh cream? it wa a bit disappointing in portions to pricing. 12 dollars for a bowl? to be fair that is not a them problem it is a market problem. it is worth it if you are tired and do not want to cook. but only from that angle. it will not feed the family, it is an individual double cup. that said, it is better than other poorly priced portions that are side dishes, for main dish prices. There was no tofu in the pad med mamuang to be found and the rice it came with was not fully cooked. Unfortunate since the addition of tofu costs $3. Prices here are expensive and the dishes are regretfully under seasoned. There are much better options that are cheaper in the area so I can't recommend this restaurant. We likely will not be giving them another chance in the near future and I would recommend trying a different restaurant if you're craving good Thai food."
