They give you a large portion, and they were soft and tender. I enjoyed the #2 Thick Cut Bacon or Sausage, Egg & Cheese Bagel as well. I think next time I would get it on the croissant or stick w/ a bagel but the brioche bun was fine. You could tell that the egg and bacon was cooked fresh, which is a plus! The only thing I didn't like was that add-ons for the sandwich even for simple ingredients like butter and ketchup, salt & pepper were an extra expense. When I saw that I just figured I'd add butter myself since I was at home."
