"I had ordered the 3 piece Jumbo Tenders + Biscuit. I picked up my order, and it had 1 tender and 2 drumsticks and fries. I went back in and was told they only had 1 tender left, so they substituted it. They did remake them for me, but it seemed to be extra oily that the breading fell right off. This is my second time ordering from here, the first time was perfect. Maybe they were just extremely busy, but regardless, customer service matters, always, no matter what."
