I expected the breading, as with most fried fish, to be hard/crunchy and not too flavorful. I was WRONG, most pleasantly so! The hushpuppy breading was delicious and that fish just melted in my mouth! Yet it didn't flake or fall apart. As much as I wanted to keep eating, I'm full & am gonna devour the rest later.
