"The food was genuinely bad. The baked potatoes were undercooked and cold. One loaded baked potato was just a cold potato, unsliced, with all the ingredients on the side. I didn't ask for them on the side. The philly cheese steak had barely any meat and drowned in a gross sauce. The bread was cold and mushy and tasted like it was past it's expiration date. The shrimp was burned. The crispy chicken tenders were burned. The chicken and waffles were undercooked, practically raw. I like Ruby Tuesday. I won't be ordering from this one anymore."
