"The chicken in the southwest nachos was very dry and tasted like it was microwave reheated. I've had these nachos in the restaurant and the chicken was moist and fresh. Also, the chicken was very minimal, which ended up I guess being a good thing, because it was pretty gross tasting. There were a lot of dry tortilla chips in the pan once we ate the top chips. I would estimate a ratio of 70% dry chips with a few cheese drippings to 30% chips with toppings, and this was served in a large flat pan, so that's weird. I'm really not sure what happened here, but the restaurant should ask themselves how they can justify $20 for a bag of tortilla chips with a few handfuls of toppings and not expect us to realize it's different than what is served in the restaurant for dine in.
