"Not sure why they refuse to substitute the fries for a baked potato even though they're the same price. Food is good, would be 5 stars if they were more flexible with sides. Would love to try some of the grilled options, but I don't want rice and they're obviously not willing to substitute sides after being asked multiple times on multiple orders. I find it weird that you have to accept certain sides based on whether the protein is fried, boiled, or steamed."
