The rice was overcooked (fell more to the stricky rice area). Beans lacked flavor and was soupy and not guisada. The Bistec de Palomilla (Cuban Grilled Steak) was okay, flavor was bland and onions was not cooked enough so some were on the raw side and some were cooked. The Empanadas were ok, only complaint is the the paper theunormally wrap the food in was fried with my empanadas and stuck to the side of them. The Tostones I was disappointed in. I love a thin and crispy one but I got 5 of the thinnest tostones for $6. It was probably not even a third of the platano. I would say they were good but that price should come done or serve up maybe a few more. The mojos were ok, the garlic mojo tastes like it has been sitting for sometime though. Lastly, the Tres Leche $8 and you can taste that it is not that fresh. Could be some of the milk ingredients used. Im leaning towards the sauce spread over top and perhaps it was sitting longer than it should. I have had food here before and was not a fan but wanted to try again. I would have given a better rating to the Empanadas if there was not fried paper attached. "

First was the appetizer which for the money spent was pretty lame. This was their sampler. There were two hard cheese stick, 2 Chicken tenders, 2 overfried taquitos and a small chicken quesadilla. I will say the quesadilla was good but tiny. We got the guacamole dip which was also good but there were no chips. Luckily I had some bag chips. My husband liked the enchiladas but they were out of the tamales he ordered. My seafood chimichanga was supposed to be deep fried but what I got was burnt. Also...they used to make them with both crab and shrimp and were stuffed. Now you have to choose and there wasn't much in it. I chose the crab and it was the real kind. The rice and beans with the cheese sauce were good. The fajita chimichanga looks like a mushfest because they put so much cheese sauce on it I couldn't tell that there were beans and rice. All the condiments provided were fresh and tasty. The "salad" side for the chimichanga also seemed fresh. I will probably not order from them again...at least for quite awhile. Our dasher was nice and let my son know about the tamales when he did the drop off. "

My one takeaway is when I tried their HANGRY HOT sandwich, it tasted great and the spice was okay. The spice would be around a 7.5/10 for me and I was able to hndle it well just by eating the sandwich all the way through. I really feel like their menu could expand and add even better selections than what they have. If youre not in the mood fo KFC or Popeyes, this is a #1 alternative I would recommend as their food is always hot and delicious, I always want to order from them again."

"This is the best chicken sandwich I've had anywhere. I order no heat, which has good flavor with a tiny bit of heat, which is balanced perfectly with the creamy sweet heat from the sauce and the acidity of the pickle, the slightly sweet acidity and crunch of the slaw, and the grilled brioche bun. The chicken breast is HUGE, bigger than the bun, and always perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. I've ordered the tenders before, but the meat from the sandwich is juicier and more tender, and I find I prefer that, even on days I eat it without the bun, with the slaw and pickles on the side and get extra sauce to dip it, tender-style.
