"When we travel we always use these name brand franchise restaurant's for our meals. This time we ordered : one of country fried steak meal and the other biscuits and sausage gravy. 1. The Country Fried steak was disappointing. I have had the County Fried steak meal multiple times. This time the county fried steak itself was hard to cut/ chew and had an unidentifiable mild metallic taste. The steak was thrown out. 2. The rolls which came with the meal were hard and without butter. 3. Both meals were delivered without silverware or napkins. The hotel front desk was gracious enough to find us silverware for our meals. This meal was disappointing for the price we paid. We did not notified the restaurant of the issues with the food, as we will not be ordering from them again."
