As others have mentioned, the meat in the breakfast burrito was super salty! The eggs and potatoes were also preseasoned, manageable individually, but the steak was overwhelmingly salty. "I am a tough birria critic and taqueria nueva union blew me out of the water. I ordered the Tacos de Quesabirria / Quesabirria Tacos - Meat is tender and juicy, tortillas weren't soggy even after a 20 min delivery drive, portions were generous, I also love the side of what seems like marinated grilled onions in addition to the cucumber, radish & the usual lime wedges. The consumme is extremely flavorful and the included red salsa adds a nice kick! Beyond that, the CAKE 3 LECHES is a total show stopper. May be some of the best I've ever had. Overall a 10/10. I will be raving to everyone I can about this spot and ordering frequently. What a pleasant surprise! "

"The Fresco Mango (Grande) is yummy! There is mango pulp, but it makes it taste even better. The grande size is a hefty 32oz and worth the price. I enjoyed the Tamal Elote as well. It was my first time having this and I love the little sweetness it has. Queso fresco and some crema are included as well. Taco Carnitas were extra crispy and flavorful. Taco Asada, the meat was tender and delish. I enjoyed the whole meal! "
