"Wapo Taco was a pleasant surprise just trying something new. I normally shy away from Mexican food as it is typically so heavy. Wapo Taco was fresh and lite. I would say more of a California style versus typical Texas-Mex.
The carnitas mini tacos were phenomenal. They were seasoned well slightly moist. Their homemade salsa brought them fully to life.
The birria mini tacos were good, but the roast beef was a little dry for my liking. The consomme' adds the moisture back to the beef, but I wish the birria was a bit thicker.
