The chipotle mayo gave it the nice little kick it needed. Although, it would've been better to have the guac on the side so it stays cool and fresh until it's ready to be eaten. I only eat white meat and it's really hard to find chicken breasts that are well seasoned and moist. Cowboy Chicken has not let me down yet! Keep up the great work!"
