I found that the sauce consistency had thickened- at least the hot sauces and for that, it bumps them up BUT the quality has truly improved overall. If you are still reading, I highly recommend the original hot. Not only is it more flavorful but it actually packs some heat. I never dip my wings because I enjoy the spice and the hot wings are perfect. For this order, I got mild and the wings were actually pretty mild.
