Whoever made my monster burger tonight loves their job and actually cares about what they are doing. I honestly regret not taking a picture of it because when I opened the wrapper, it was a beautiful picture. You could tell that it was constructed perfectly down to the placement of the bacon as it laid perfectly and exact as it hung over the edges and made a perfect double x pattern. "FOOD was great- chicken 3 whole Wings with Fries ; wings have a very pleasant crispiness to them! Not a lot of meat on them. They are skinny, check the pictures! Bourbon sauce was great. Fries were gross. Zero seasoning. I added salt and pepper. Honestly inedible. I dipped them in the bourbon sauce to finish them. Rice and beans were great! Barbecue baked chicken was fantastic. Incredibly well cooked! You could not handle this chicken without it falling apart! The sauce is mild, it's not hot or VERY flavorful. But, this is the safe approach and i wont judge them for it. Sweet Plantains as a side are expensive. $5 for six pieces(pictured). However, they were sweet/ripe and well cooked! SERVICE was extremely slow and lacked any attention to detail- I was called by the driver to inquire on what sides i wanted. The DD app doesnt allow you to choose the entree without choosing both sides! The driver also pointed out they didn't start my order til she arrived to the restaurant and inquired on it. Driver also mentioned a 30+ minute wait is a regular experience here. For context: my order was scheduled by 8am and acknowledged by the restaurant by 3pm. My driver had not arrived til nearly 4pm. I see little excuse here. I want to give them a 3 star review. But, food is the priority here and they did that well. "
