Attention to small details that enhance the meal. (2) They have filling offerings you dont see everywhere. Namely the molé, tinga, and rajas. All are delicious, but my personal favorite is the rajas. Vegetarian options are rarely my first choice, but their rajas are my hands down favorite. So good. I'll continue to order from La Chancla and I will continue to be satisfied."
