"We tried this place after seeing the "new management" banner on their store with high hopes as it used to have good food, but bad customer service. Unfortunately, a lot was wrong with this. 1. There was no sour cream on the tostada salad, it had a small amount of steak and was filled with mostly rice. It didnt have pico de gallo either. It was not as described on the menu. 2. The asada burrito was $18 and was the same size as a Taco Bell burrito. It was 80% beans and hardly had any meat. 3. When we went to pick up we asked for a side of orange salsa. They said they charge extra for it (which is fine) and can only include 2. I dont care if you charge for it, but at least give us the option to add it on doordash instead of saying no. When I unpacked the order at home there was only 1 side of salsa, so not only were they denying my request, but they also only gave us half the amount they said that they included. Overall: not great tasting food, ingredients included weren't as described on the menu & bad customer service. I enjoyed some of your previous dishes & am rooting for you to be better! We will potentially try again in a few months. "
