For example, I ordered a blueberry fruit jam kolache as well as a sausage/egg/cheese version. Both were delicious. The blueberry kolache wasn't overtly sweet, which I appreciate because I think too many of American desserts are sugar overloaded. The sausage/egg/cheese kolache was filled with the scramble and served as a nice mini breakfast in one. The dough for both was fluffy and soft. I tried kolache once in Seattle at a local shop, and these compare they are wonderful if you're looking for some new baked good options. Overall, the flavor profile was on the higher side, I definitely appreciated the great puffy texture and friendly service. I believe this family operated and localy owned , and glad to see Fort Collins is expanding it's quick service eatery options for those on the go."
